Position Summary of the Independent Outside Sales Agent:
As an Independent Outside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for developing new territories and starting new business relationships. This is a contractual position and offers a commission-based salary. The Outside Sales Agent will be free to provide services to other clients within our market segment.
- Solid experience in business development and new business prospecting (B2B);
- Proven ability to drive sales, build relationships and excel in new business development;
- Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills;
- Post-Secondary Education - Diploma or Degree (any combination of training and/or experience judged to be equivalent will be considered);
- Experience in the beauty or hair-care industry (salon, spa and/or dermatology market niche) is an asset;
- A professional diploma in aesthetics is an asset.
