Smokey Smell

I bought this product from my esthetician, who provided instructions for opening and closing the bottle. Within two weeks it took on a smokey smell ( not awful, just unusual). The expiration date is July 2025. Should I be concerned, is it still effective? My face is smoother.

However, this does not impact the safety or efficacy of the product, and it remains highly effective. Please be aware that once opened, the serum should be used within 3 months, during which it may darken to a deep brown shade.

My first experience with this product was during a brightening facial, and I loved how my skin looked and felt after. I was hesitant to buy this product because I assumed how I looked and felt after the facial was due to the entire process and not just this one product, but I tried it. A few drops of the serum is all you need and it doesn’t feel sticky or heavy once applied. There was a noticeable difference in the look and feel of my skin after using for 2 days. Highly recommend.

product is fine but cap sucks

Cap doesn't close all the way and it just continues to twist after hitting the "end" of where it should stop. product itself I think is fine/good and felt my skin looking brighter. it would be better if it had less so there's less time for it to oxidize. I use like 6 drops every time I use it so that I can hurry up and finish it up. the formula seems much gentler than skinceuticals which made my face red (maybe it burned me a little?). hopefully the cap issue gets fixed. won't repurchase because of the faulty cap.
