  4. I have five kids and help my husband run his business, which means that I deal with a lot of stress and so I make sure to go to the spa at least twice a month. Whenever I go get a treatment, I always feel like I am on a mini vacation and that I don’t have to worry about all of the chaos that is most certainly waiting for me outside. However, some of my friends have told me that it is really hard for them to refocus on themselves even when they are getting a treatment and so do you have any advice for them to help them be able to do that?
